Stage’s Core Value: Automatically sync social media content and collect visitor data in CRM to help convert visitors into customers.
Creating a Stage
Step 1: Open Stage Creation Page
Click “Stage” > “Create New Stage” in the left sidebar of your Firstage dashboard.
Tip: You can create only 1 Stage per workspace. To manage multiple brands, create additional workspaces.
Step 2: Set Basic Information
Enter the following information in the Stage creation dialog:
- Stage Title: Brand name (e.g., “Firstage Official”)
- Description: Brief introduction (e.g., “AI-powered global marketing platform”)
- Public URL: Unique address (e.g.,
firstage.ai/stages/firstage-official)
Step 3: Configure Page Layout
When Stage Builder opens, add blocks via drag-and-drop to build your page.
Stage consists of 3 sections:
- Profile Section: Brand introduction (logo, cover image, description, social links)
- Content Section: Latest posts auto-displayed (Instagram-style grid)
- Call-to-Action Section: Follow and Subscribe buttons
Tip: You can reorder sections via drag-and-drop, but the order above is most effective for visitor experience.
Step 4: Brand Customization
Select your brand colors and fonts in workspace profile settings. Stage automatically applies them.
Auto-Apply: Brand style settings (colors, fonts) from workspace profile instantly reflect in Stage. Change them in Profile Settings.
Step 5: Save and Publish
After completing all settings, click “Save” to save as draft.
When ready to publish, click “Publish” to make it public.
✅ Complete!: Your Stage is published. You can now access it via your public URL.
Problems Stage Solves
Problem 1: Complex Social Media Link Management
When publishing content across multiple channels, you must manage links separately for Instagram Bio, YouTube About, Threads Profile, etc. Visitors get confused about where to go.
Stage Solution: Consolidate all social channels into one URL. Just share firstage.ai/stages/your-brand.
Problem 2: Visitor Data Loss
With just links on social media profiles, you can’t know who visitors are or what they click.
Stage Solution: Auto-save visitor behavior to CRM. Collect customer data from Follow/Subscribe clicks for later targeted marketing.
Problem 3: Manual Content Updates
Updating profile links manually each time you publish a new post is tedious.
Stage Solution: Social media posts automatically sync to Stage. Your latest 9 highlighted posts auto-display in an Instagram-style grid.

4. Go Global (Multi-Language Auto-Support)
