Subscription Plan & Billing Management
Learn how to change your workspace subscription plan and manage payment history and invoices.
Changing Plans
Access Settings Page
Click Settings or Subscription Plan in the left menu from your dashboard.
Check Current Plan
View your current subscription plan and usage status:
- Current monthly usage (AI credits, workflow credits)
 - Remaining plan period
 - Next payment date
 
Upgrade Plan
Click the Upgrade button to change to a higher plan.
- Choose monthly/annual billing
 - Changes apply immediately (previous charges are prorated)
 - Confirm final amount before payment
 
Downgrade Plan
Select Change Plan or Downgrade option to switch to a lower plan.
- Takes effect from next billing cycle (not immediate)
 - No refunds issued
 
Managing Payment Methods
Updating Credit Card Information
Access Payment Settings Page
Navigate to Settings → Payment Method or Billing.
Update Card
View your currently registered credit card and change to a new one.
- Change: Register new credit card
 - Delete: Remove existing card (new card registration required)
 
Save Changes
New payment method applies from the next payment.
Tip: Even if your card expires, Firstage will not automatically charge. Update your card before payment.
Payment History & Invoices
Checking Payment History
View from Subscription Page
See all payment history at Settings → Subscription or Billing History.
History Items
For each payment item, check:
- Payment Date: Actual payment processing date
 - Amount: Total amount paid (USD)
 - Plan: Subscription plan for that month
 - Status: Success/Failed/Pending
 
Download Invoice
Click the Invoice or Receipt button next to each payment record.
- Download as PDF
 - Can also be sent via email
 - Re-downloadable anytime
 
Managing Invoice Information
Enter Company Information
Set the company name and tax number to display on invoices.
- Company Name: Enter official company name
 - Tax Number: Business registration number, VAT ID, etc.
 - Address: Corporate billing address
 
Save Information
Once settings are complete, they apply from the next invoice.
Reissue Previous Invoices
Already issued invoices can be re-downloaded or requested via email.
Corporate Customers: Accurately entering company information automatically generates official invoices.
Auto-Renewal Settings
Enable/Disable Auto-Renewal
Auto-Renewal Settings Page
Settings → Subscription → Auto-Renewal
Enable (Default)
Automatically renews and charges on the same date each month.
- Activation recommended (prevents service interruption)
 - Manual renewal required each billing cycle if disabled
 
Cancel Renewal
Disabling auto-renewal ends the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
Canceling Subscription
Subscription Management Page
Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
Confirm Cancellation
Select cancellation reason (optional) and confirm.
- Current billing cycle continues
 - Next auto-renewal is canceled
 
Immediate Access Termination
If needed, select Cancel Immediately to restrict service access right now.
Tip: Instead of completely canceling your plan, consider downgrading to the Free plan.
Refund Policy
- 14-day Money-back Guarantee: Full refund within 14 days of first payment
 - Prorated Refunds: Annual plans refunded based on usage period
 - Credit Refunds Not Available: Additional purchased credits are non-refundable

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When do plan changes take effect? A: Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? A: Yes, you can choose monthly/annual when changing plans. Costs are prorated.
Q: My invoice wasn’t issued. A: Company information may not be set. Enter company name at Settings → Company Information or Invoice Settings.
Q: My payment failed. A: Check and update your credit card information. If the problem persists, contact support@firstage.ai.
Q: What happens when I run out of credits? A: AI features will be temporarily suspended. Upgrade to a higher plan or wait for next month’s credit renewal.
