Ideas are the foundation of content creation. They serve as reference material that defines your brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
Role of Ideas
Ideas play the following critical roles:

What is Vector?: Firstage converts ideas and posts into vectors for storage. This enables AI to better understand and learn your content style.
Creating Ideas
Step 1: Open Ideas Creation Page
Navigate to “Contents > Ideas” in your Firstage dashboard and click the “Add Idea” button.
Tip: Add ideas anytime your brand evolves. New ideas help AI learn your latest style.
Step 2: Enter Idea Title
Create a clear, descriptive title for easy retrieval later.
Good Title Examples:
- “Brand Key Messages (Q4 2024)”
 - “Marketing Campaign Core Content”
 - “Customer Feedback Summary”
 
Step 3: Write Content with Markdown Rich Text Editor
Compose your idea content in the editor:
- Text: Markdown formatting supported (bold, italic, 
code, etc.) - Structure: Organize with headings (#), subheadings (##), lists
 - Images: Insert brand or reference images
 - Links: Add external resource links

Step 5: Save Idea
Click “Save” after completing your content.
Done!: Your idea is saved. AI will now learn from it and reference it during post generation.
Managing Ideas
View Ideas List
Access all saved ideas from “Contents > Ideas”:
- Search: Find ideas by title
 - Sort: Order by newest or oldest
 - Filter: Filter by specific tags (optional)
 
Edit Ideas
Update saved ideas anytime:
- Click the idea to open edit page
 - Modify as needed
 - Click “Save”
 
Delete Ideas
Remove ideas you no longer need:
- Click ”…” menu on the right side of the idea
 - Select “Delete”
 - Confirm deletion
 
Creating Posts from Ideas
Use ideas to generate posts efficiently.
Method 1: Use from Ideas List
- Open “Contents > Ideas” page
 - Click “Create Post” button on the right side of the idea
 - Content dialog opens with idea content auto-loaded
 - Edit if needed and publish
 
Method 2: Integrate Ideas During Post Creation
- Start creating a post with “Create Content” button
 - Select “Load from Ideas” option at top of dialog
 - Choose your desired idea
 - Idea content auto-loads into editor
 - Edit further and publish
 
Tip: Posts created from ideas are marked as “used,” letting you track which posts originated from which ideas.
