Team Invitation

Invite team members to your Firstage workspace to collaborate on content creation and social media management.

Role of Team Invitation

With team invitation features, you can:

Tip: Consider each team member’s permission level when assigning roles. You can change roles later if needed.


Inviting Team Members

Step 1: Open Team Management Page

Navigate to “Settings > Members” in the Firstage dashboard.

Step 2: Click Invite Button

Click the “Invite Members” or ”+” button at the top of the members list.

Tip: The invitation dialog appears as a modal. Closing the dialog will cancel your draft invitation.

Step 3: Enter Team Member Emails

Enter team member emails in the email input field:

  • One at a time: Enter an email and press Enter or comma to add
  • Copy-Paste: Paste multiple emails at once (separated by commas or line breaks)
  • Maximum 10: You can invite up to 10 people at a time

Caution: Enter valid email formats. Invalid emails will be shown in red and cannot be invited.

Step 4: Select Role

Choose the role to assign to team members from the Role Selection dropdown below the email input:

  • Owner: Full workspace permissions (may be restricted to inviter only)
  • Admin: Nearly all administrative permissions (except Owner privileges)
  • Manager: Content and limited team management permissions
  • Member: Content creation and basic functionality
  • Viewer: Read-only access

Role Notes:

  • All invited emails will receive the same role
  • To invite with different roles, send separate invitations

Step 5: Confirm and Send Invitation

Verify all information is correct and click the “Send Invitation” button.

Complete: Invitation emails have been sent to team members. They will be automatically added to the workspace once they accept the invitation via email.


Understanding Invitation Status

Invited team member statuses change as follows:

Managing Invitations

Resending Invitations

If a team member didn’t receive the invitation email or accidentally deleted it:

  1. Find the team member with Pending status in the members list
  2. Click the menu button ()
  3. Select “Resend Invitation”
  4. Confirm and the email will be sent again

Canceling Invitations

To cancel a workspace invitation:

  1. Find the team member to remove in the members list
  2. Click the menu button ()
  3. Select “Remove”
  4. Confirm “Remove” in the confirmation dialog

Important: Removing a team member means they can no longer access the workspace. However, content and data they created will be retained.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: The invitation email hasn’t arrived.

A: Please check the following:

  1. Verify the email address entered is correct
  2. Check your spam folder
  3. Resend the invitation email (from members list: menu > Resend Invitation)

Q: I’m getting an invalid email error.

A: Please verify the email format:

  • Correct format: user@example.com, team.member@company.co.kr
  • Incorrect format: user@example, user @example.com, user@@example.com

Q: How can I invite more than 10 people at once?

A: Please invite in batches of 10:

  1. First invitation: 1-10 people
  2. Second invitation: 11-20 people
  3. Repeat as needed

Q: Can I change roles after accepting an invitation?

A: Yes, you can. After accepting the invitation, the workspace Owner or Admin can change roles. Refer to the Member & Permission Management page.
